Massage across the Sunshine Coast.
From the surf at Maroochydore to the rainforest at Maleny, from Coolum Beach to Caloundra. Massage Sunshine Coast clients book here is delivered at my Valdora clinic or as a mobile session at your door. 26 suburbs covered. Find yours below and book online.
Massage across the entire Sunshine Coast.
The Sunshine Coast covers a lot of ground. From the surf towns down south through to Noosa in the north, plus the cool hinterland that climbs west toward the Glass House range. The best massage Sunshine Coast residents reach for tends to be the one that travels.
I'm based at my clinic in Valdora, which happens to sit fairly central to the broader Sunshine Coast. From there, my mobile service reaches roughly 40km in every direction, which catches the full populated stretch of the region: Maroochydore, Caloundra, Noosa Heads, Maleny, Montville, and the suburbs in between.
This page is the master list. Pick a suburb you live in, work in, or are holidaying in, and the dedicated page will give you specifics on travel times, local context, and what's available locally. If you've been searching for sunshine coast massage that genuinely covers your patch, the directory below has 26 starting points. Massage on the Sunshine Coast doesn't need to be a 40-minute drive each way.
The services available at every suburb stop are the same: remedial massage Sunshine Coast clients can claim through extras, Kahuna bodywork, prenatal and postnatal care, sports and deep tissue work, and slower restorative sessions. The difference between suburbs comes down to logistics: drive time, parking, surcharge zones, and whether your suburb sits closer to the clinic or further out. The individual pages cover those specifics so the booking decision is straightforward.

The Sunshine Coast beaches stretch about 60km from Caloundra in the south to Sunshine Beach in the north. Four featured destinations cover the main bookings, with the rest detailed individually. The coast is where most of the working population, holiday rentals, and short-stay accommodation sit, which means coastal suburbs see the highest mobile-booking volume across the region. Travel times below are based on standard traffic from Valdora.
Maroochydore
The Sunshine Coast's commercial centre. Mobile sessions in apartments around Sunshine Plaza and Cotton Tree are common.
Maroochydore detailsMooloolaba
Beachside hospitality crew and the holiday accommodation strip. Mobile sessions popular for visiting clients.
Mooloolaba detailsNoosa Heads
Hastings Street holidaymakers, Noosaville locals, and the residential stretch behind. Mobile to private rentals common.
Noosa Heads detailsCoolum Beach
The closest coastal suburb to my Valdora base. Strong local client base, mobile sessions a breeze.
Coolum Beach detailsHinterland suburbs.
The hinterland climbs west from the coast into rainforest country. Quieter, cooler, popular with retreat guests and weekend visitors. Four hinterland highlights below. Distances to hinterland suburbs are typically longer than coastal ones because the roads wind through hills rather than running flat along the beach. That said, the drive itself is one of the prettiest in southeast Queensland.
Maleny
Hinterland classic with the views, dairies, and the slower pace. Retreat guests and second-home owners book regularly.
Maleny detailsMontville
Smaller, set among rainforest, popular for boutique accommodation. Mobile sessions to private holiday stays.
Montville detailsEumundi
Markets town between coast and hinterland. Short hop from Valdora, plenty of local regulars and weekenders.
Eumundi detailsYandina
The closest neighbour to Valdora. Local clients, easy mobile access, often a first-time client gateway.
Yandina detailsWhy local matters in massage therapy.
A massage therapist who knows the region works differently to one parachuted in from somewhere else. Three reasons local makes a real difference, not just a marketing line. The clients I see most often live within 30 minutes of Valdora, and that proximity changes the kind of relationship that's possible between practitioner and client.
Same practitioner
No rotating staff, no chance of getting a different person each visit. The work builds over time because the practitioner knows your body and what's changed since last time.
Sensible logistics
A 15-minute mobile session for a client 5km away is genuinely workable. Same session for a city-based therapist would mean a $400 minimum to make the trip worth it.
Real relationships
Many of my clients I've worked with for years. Repeat work allows treatment plans that actually compound across months and years, not just session-by-session. There's a meaningful difference between someone you trust enough to actually let go on the table, and someone you only just met five minutes before the session started.
Mobile vs in-clinic.
Both options are available across the entire service area. The choice usually comes down to logistics and what you want from the post-session hour. Roughly half my clients book clinic sessions, half book mobile. Some alternate between the two depending on the week. There's no wrong answer, just the one that fits your life that day.
In-clinic at Valdora
- Standard pricing: $120 to $205 by length
- Purpose-built treatment space, full setup
- Best for clients within 15 minutes of Valdora
- Off-street parking, no apartment-block faff to deal with
Mobile to your door
- $20 to $35 mobile premium over clinic rate
- Full kit brought to your home or holiday rental
- No driving home in a relaxed state afterwards
- Hotels, holiday rentals and Airbnbs all covered
Sunshine Coast coverage FAQ.
Do you cover the entire Sunshine Coast?
Yes, the in-clinic and mobile coverage area runs roughly 40km in every direction from my base in Valdora. That catches everything from Caloundra in the south to Tewantin and Noosa in the north, plus the full hinterland through Maleny, Montville and Mapleton. 26 suburb pages cover the specifics for the most-booked locations.
Which suburbs are closest to your base in Valdora?
Coolum Beach, Mudjimba, Marcoola, Yandina, Eumundi and Bli Bli are all within roughly 10 to 15 minutes drive. Maroochydore and Twin Waters sit at about 20 minutes. These are the no-surcharge zones for mobile sessions because they fall within the standard 20km radius from the clinic.
Is there a travel surcharge for further suburbs?
Within 20km of Valdora, mobile sessions are standard rate with no surcharge. Suburbs 20 to 30km out (Noosa Heads, Caloundra, Peregian Beach, Buderim, Maleny) add $10 to $15. Suburbs 30 to 40km out (Tewantin, Nambour, Sunshine Beach) add $20 to $30. Anything beyond 40km is quoted on enquiry. The exact amount is always confirmed at booking, never a surprise on the day.
How far do you travel for mobile massage?
Roughly 40km radius from Valdora is the standard service area. Beyond that, sessions are by enquiry rather than online booking, so I can confirm timing and travel logistics. The full Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore to Noosa, hinterland to coast) is comfortably inside that radius. Send an address through the contact form if you're not sure whether your location is covered.
